Requirements

- Protect resident rights and dignity
- Conduct resident assessments and develop service plans
- Manage medication assistance safely and in compliance with regulations
- Hire, train, and supervise assisted living facility staff
- Implement resident safety and risk management procedures
- Maintain compliant resident documentation and records
- Prepare for regulatory inspections and surveys
- Provide appropriate dementia care and behavioral management
- Support residents during end-of-life care and transitions
